On your search for a cosy hotel in Thuringia you have found our villa? Then please only continue reading when you look for something extraordinary. In our picturesque and historic hotel we do not offer off-the-rack vacations. We do not have a glamorous lobby or plastic tooth mugs or suited up staff. We actually have no staff at all. Because here in the Villa Rossek we do it all personally – from our attentive service to our spotless cleaning up to our homemade marmalades for breakfast. If you choose to stay at our hotel, a homey atmosphere and individually decorated rooms and a lot of comfort in an historic surrounding are waiting for you.

In our house we have 7 rooms – all individually decorated with a detailed eye and a lot of love. We offer you 6 high-quality furnished double rooms and a single room!

All rooms can be booked as singles for an extra charge.

Johannes Brahms Room

This comfort room is situated on the ground floor and is loved for its classic elegance. The beautiful lamps and elegant fabrics, which we found in Italy, add to this.

In the Brahms Room you find a canopy bed, a LED-HD TV and cosy lounge armchairs.

The bathroom, with its large window overlooking our garden, is young and peppy with cheeky colours and deco elements so that you can start your day fresh and happy.

Johann Sebastian Bach Room

The winter garden room

This comfort room is also located on the ground floor. When entering the room you will love its light and airy feeling and the beautiful winter garden with its comfortable and soft armchairs.

The open timber frames give this room, which is decorated in light greens and soft sand colours, a rustic atmosphere. The historic wooden floorboards complete this cosy hotel room.

Friedrich Fröbel Room

This double room is located on the first floor. The large window direct your view the the rose garden and guarantee you a spectacular sun rise.

Even through it is not the largest room in our hotel it welcomes you with the following comforts:

A soft carpet, a large wardrobe, a canopy bed, a cosy sitting area, a LED HD TV and of course a modern bathroom. This bathroom is separated to the hotel room by a historic sliding door which used to do its duties in a captains house at the North Sea.

Herzog Georg Suite

The Balcony-Suite

Also located on the first floor of our villa you find the only comfort room in the house that has a romantic roofed balcony.
Decorated in warm earth colours it is suited with a canopy bed, a comfortable sitting area with soft arm chairs, a LED HD TV and a spacious bathroom with a bold design.

Old style elements of the house have been preserved in this beautiful room and combined with modern accessories. In the summer you can enjoy a glass of vine on the planted balcony overlooking the rose garden.

Helene von Heldburg Room

The rose room

This comfort double room on the first floor would have been better named rose room and will delight all romantics!

Cosy with its canopy bed, the comfortable sofa and decorated with lots and lots of rose fabrics it will make you forget your everyday worries in a heat beat. To top it off, the room has an impressive old chandelier which finishes off this princess dream of a hotel room.

The spacious bathroom is decorated with warm and elegant terra cotta colours.

Our tip: if you leave the bathroom window and door open at night you will be awakened by birds humming in our garden.

Martin Luther Room

The garden view

This room is our garden room on the first floor. The first impression is airy and very bright and light with its colours with and may green. It has a historic wooden floor in a warm colour.

Shielded by open timber frames you can enjoy your evening on a comfortable living-podium with soft armchairs and a modern LED HD TV.

One of the highlights in the Martin Luther room is a colourful leaded glass window to the bathroom. The bathroom itself has elegant Villeroy & Boch interior and open timber frames.

Ludwig Bechstein Room

The Single Room

This cosy room, also situated on the ground floor, is our single room.The bed is adjustable from 0.80 meters to 1.60 meters and can therefore also be used as a small double room.

It is a mix of Baroque design and modern comfort, the basic colors are light blue and gray with an old wooden floorboard.

The bathroom of your Ludwig-Bechstein Room is the smallest in the entire house, but has the largest shower – an expanse wonder in dark ruby.
